Celaton CEO, Andrew Anderson has been named as a shortlisted finalist in this year’s Heropreneurs Awards in the category of Business Leader of the Year.
Inspirational leadership comes in many forms and the Business Leader of the Year award recognises an individual whose contribution goes beyond the requirements of their job description. This award is for someone who has inspired others to fulfil their potential, who has acted with selfless commitment, engendered an ethos of integrity and cultivated an environment where others can succeed.
The Heropreneurs Award is a new initiative created to celebrate the achievements of ex-Armed Forces personnel in the business. It is run by Heropreneurs, the charity that helps ex-Armed Forces personnel and their dependants on the road to creating their own businesses and become entrepreneurs.
The Awards are run in association with The Telegraph and the Warwick Business School, and with support from the Ministry of Defence.
With nearly 200 entries across just eight categories being named as a finalist by Judges such as Paddy Ashdown, Deborah Meaden (from Dragons’ Den) and a host of other successful entrepreneurs and high-ranking military personnel, says a lot about the success and drive of the shortlisted nominees.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on the 14th of December.
