Celaton CRM

Support Ticket System

If you contact us to raise a support ticket, your details and any information you provide will be stored in our 3rd party support system (Zendesk).

Meeting Recordings

If you are a participant of a Celaton hosted online meeting, we may ask to record that meeting. We will expressly state that the meeting will be recorded before recording begins. There will also be notifications on-screen that the meeting is being recorded. You can opt-out by switching off your webcam and muting your microphone, or by leaving the meeting entirely.

Storing and Sharing Your Data

Data security is important to us and we take appropriate security measures to safeguard and secure your data which is collected.

We will never sell your personal data to a third party.
