Celaton inSTREAM™ is the universal ‘hub’ that receives the inbound data, regardless of format or transport media and transforms the information contained in the various documents into a unified format for onward possessing.

Whilst the original data formats are, however, preserved for future reference and also to support audit and compliance requirements, emails, attachments, faxes and electronic data streams can be received directly into inSTREAM™ Service Platform. Paper based documents including daily post can be scanned and ‘on-boarded’ from anywhere via the inSTREAM™ Client Software. This type of document processing can carried out by our customers in their own offices using inSTREAM™ Client Software. Alternatively, this can be out-tasked to Celaton in our UK service centre or by third party shared service centres around the world. Regardless of originating location or media format, inSTREAM™ seamlessly integrates the data into the downstream processes.
