TalkTalk, the UK’s leading fixed line voice and broadband telecommunications business has signed agreement with Celaton to automate the handling of a broad range of critical inbound information streams including Customer correspondence, Accounts Payable and HR with inSTREAM™
inSTREAM™ automates the handling of all these inbound information streams by providing the ‘hub’ through which incoming post, paper, fax, email and attachments are processed.
In addition, inSTREAM™ will also streamline the creation and submission of outbound correspondence to TalkTalk customers. “Connecting the inbound and outbound transaction life-cycles has significant benefits not only in efficiency but visibility too.” says Celaton COO, Gary Grant “All customer correspondence, both inbound and outbound are visible to the business which not only ensures compliance but enables a high level of service to be provided to customers”.
